Who we are

CMZ Soft ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the site, why, and what rights you have.

Contact forms: name, email, company, role, website and the content of your message, together with the page you submitted from and campaign parameters (UTM) if present.

Analytics: with your consent we use Google Analytics 4 and/or PostHog to collect pseudonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, events such as store clicks). Vercel Web Analytics collects aggregated, cookie-free traffic statistics.

Technical logs: our hosting provider records IP addresses and request metadata for security and reliability.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry and evaluate partnership, investment, press or job requests (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps).

To understand how the website is used and improve it (consent for analytics cookies).

To protect the website against spam and abuse (legitimate interest).

Cookies

Sharing

We use service providers to run the website and deliver messages: hosting (Vercel), transactional email and, where configured, CRM, spreadsheet or notification tools. Providers process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable period afterwards to maintain the business relationship. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's default settings.

Your rights
