Investor relations

A repeatable engine for mobile puzzle games.

CMZ Soft builds puzzle and casual games on a shared framework with analytics at the core. We are raising capital to expand the portfolio and scale the titles that prove out.

Vision

Make finding a hit a process, not a lottery.

Most mobile studios bet everything on one or two ideas a year. We believe the winners in puzzle and casual are the teams that can test many concepts quickly, measure them honestly and double down on what works.

That is what we have built the studio around: a shared Unity framework that removes the foundation work from each new title, and an analytics stack that tells us early which games deserve more investment.

Market opportunity

Puzzle is one of the largest and most durable genres on mobile.

Puzzle and casual games account for a large share of global mobile downloads and consistently monetize through hybrid in-app advertising and purchases. Player demand is broad, international and evergreen — but the bar for polish, retention and content velocity keeps rising.

Studios that can iterate fast on proven mechanics, keep production costs disciplined and operate games with data have a structural advantage in this market.

Detailed market sizing with sources is included in the investor deck.

Studio thesis

Framework + data + puzzle craft.

Shared framework

Multi-mechanic puzzle framework with meta layer, monetization and analytics built in. Prototypes in weeks instead of months.

Own analytics stack

Retention, level funnels, economy and ad/IAP dashboards built for puzzle games (CMZ BI), plus an AI game-design copilot that writes every concept against the same KPI targets.

Puzzle craft

A team that has designed, shipped and operated sixteen titles on Google Play — fourteen of them puzzle games — and knows what a fair level feels like.

Cost-efficient production

Based in Vietnam with a lean team and reusable systems, we keep the cost of each experiment low.

Competitive advantage

Why this team can win.

  • Every new title starts at 60–70% instead of zero: progression, boosters, remote config, ads, IAP and analytics are shared systems.
  • Instrumentation is not a launch task — it is part of the first playable build.
  • In-house AI tooling (GD Studio for design, Art Factory for art) multiplies the throughput of a lean team.
  • Founder-led product decisions with experience across casual, hyper-casual, mid-core and puzzle.

Portfolio

Sixteen live titles on Google Play.

Sixteen titles shipped between October 2025 and September 2026 — fourteen puzzle games on the shared framework, a café sort game and an offline game collection — with nine further product builds in the pipeline.

Business model

Hybrid monetization, multiple routes to market.

In-app advertising

Rewarded and interstitial placements integrated into the core loop.

In-app purchases

Boosters, currency and offers balanced against the level economy.

Publishing partnerships

Revenue share with publishers who fund UA and distribution for validated titles (open to new partners).

Self-publishing

Direct operation of selected titles where the economics support it.

Traction

Evidence so far.

Sixteen titles on Google Play in under a year, a validated production framework, in-house AI tooling and an operating analytics stack. Detailed KPIs — installs, retention, monetization by title — are shared in the data room.

We do not publish performance figures on this website.

Roadmap

Where the next 12–24 months go.

  1. Expand the portfolio

More prototypes per quarter on the shared framework, each with an explicit KPI gate.

  2. Scale what works

Concentrate UA and live ops on the titles that clear retention and ROAS thresholds.

  3. Strengthen the platform

Deeper meta systems, content tooling and A/B testing to increase the hit rate over time.

  4. Grow the team

Senior design, art and growth hires as the portfolio expands.
